The zinc–manganese alloy coatings have been obtained without and with superimposition of a 0.3 T magnetic field in parallel direction to the working surface electrode. electrodeposition during 30 min, for two applied potentials (E = −1.6 V/SCE E −1.8 V/SCE) an electrochemical bath (Zn2+)/(Mn2+) concentration ratio equal 0.5. structural, morphological, chemical composition characteristics deposits studied. It has found that modify structural properties deposits, η phase-rich elaborated V/SCE, MnZn3-rich V/SCE. magnetohydrodynamic convection favors manganese content deposit. corrosion behavior these analyzed 3.5% NaCl solution by free potential measurements impedance spectroscopy. different results show resistance is linked their structure, composition, amplitude used process.
